Simple and Sustainable Directions for Easyfairs

At Easyfairs, one of the largest trade fair organizations in the Netherlands, it was time for an innovative solution for their signage at events. This is why we were approached with the question if we could replace the existing system. This is because the current system took too much work and time to set up. After consultation and joint brainstorming sessions, we came up with a simple, sustainable solution that not only makes signage easier, but also contributes to a more sustainable event. Innovative Signage We developed an innovative system where the signage consists of cardboard signs with a side panel for extra visibility. The system is designed to be assembled without tools and easy to move. By using sandbags as weight, the board remains stable, even at busy events. This solution is not only efficient and user-friendly, but also a sustainable alternative to traditional signage that is often made of heavy materials. Moreover, it saves time during set-up and tear-down of the events, which is a great advantage for the organizers. Delivered quickly and efficiently Thanks to close collaboration, we were able to deliver this system quickly and tailor-made for the Dutch Comic Con in the Jaarbeurs Utrecht. How cool!
