Innovative Mobile Meeting Rooms for Jong & Laan

Over the past few months, our KarTent team has been working hard on a special collaboration with Jong & Laan. We have been busy building and moving unique mobile meeting rooms, the “&Who do you know?” boxes. This innovative space is designed to launch Jong & Laan’s new referral program and provides a dynamic and inspiring environment.
A Mobile Solution for Recruiters
For twelve weeks, the recruiters of Jong & Laan went to all 24 branches with the box. The concept: reusing the boxes and as a result they were built up and taken down no less than twelve times!
In the box, candidates could go for a personal session with the recruiter. During these conversations, the participants' network was explored to see who would fit in with Jong & Laan. The interaction in such an inspiring environment stimulates open conversations and the sharing of ideas.
