At Kartent we always work on creative and innovative solutions: everything made of cardboard. Because we are growing fast and want to scale up abroad, we are looking for an Office Manager with an unprecedented organizational talent. As Office Manager you play an essential role in the daily life of Kartent. You are the first point of contact for customers, have a number of administrative tasks and at the same time you ensure that important facilities are arranged in the office.

This is what you like to do:

  • Solving small and large fires
  • Creating quotes and invoices
  • Purchasing office supplies
  • Organizing and booking transports
  • Organizing drinks, team outings and creating a great atmosphere in the office
  • Answering the phone

This is what we expect from you:

  • Instead of being a stickler for detail, you are Kareltje Karton
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and English (German is a bonus)
  • You are approachable and practical
  • You work well in a dynamic environment
